Seeking comment on suicide prevention book

We're trying to get a potential Suicide Prevention in Hospitals book approved and need your help. If you have a minute, please email bward@hcpro.com with your responses to the following.

1. Is there an interest in suicide/self-harm prevention in hospitals?
2. What do hospitals struggle the most with this? 
3. Should there be a new book made on self-harm best practices and policies? And what should such a book include?

Responses need only be a sentence and all answers would be kept anonymous.
