Joint Commission seeks comments on proposed diagnostic imaging standards changes

The Joint Commission has proposed standards changes to its diagnostic imaging requirements. The changes address minimum qualifications for technologists who perform diagnostic computed tomography (CT) exams in hospitals, critical access hospitals, and ambulatory care facilities.
The field review ends on June 25.
